KEMUSEN
The Manual Screw Jack is a self-contained, mechanical linear actuator comprised of a rugged housing—cast from high-tensile ductile iron or premium aluminum alloy—that fully encloses a high-reduction worm gear or bevel gear set. The internal gear mechanism is precision-machined from advanced, wear-resistant bronze alloys to minimize friction, and it is paired with an input shaft and a primary lifting screw forged from case-hardened alloy steel. It is available in two structural configurations: a translating design, where a trapezoidal (Acme) screw moves axially through the housing, and a rotating design, where the screw rotates in a fixed position to drive a bronze traveling nut linearly along the shaft.
