1. Model

KM2 - KM25 is solid input shaft and solid output shafts.

About the torque, power and speed of bevel gearboxes, please refer to the technical specification table.

2. Gear Ratio

R1: 1:1, input speed(rpm) = output speed(rpm).

R1.5: 1.5:1, input speed(rpm) = 1.5 times output speed(rpm).

R2: 2:1, input speed(rpm) = 2 times output speed(rpm).

R2.5: 2.5:1, input speed(rpm) = 2.5 times output speed(rpm).

R3: 3:1, input speed(rpm) = 3 times output speed(rpm).

R4: 4:1, input speed(rpm) = 4 times output speed(rpm).

R5: 5:1, input speed(rpm) = 5 times output speed(rpm).

Note: Maximum allowable speed for a bevel gearbox is typically 1500rpm.

3. Shaft Arrangements And Rotation Directions

Note: Input and output shafts can be rotated in both clockwise(CW) and counter-clockwise(CCW) rotation directions.

4. Mounting Positions

Any mounting position is available.

HM: Horizontal mounting

SM: Side mounting

OM: Overhung mounting
