Screw Jack 500kN

Screw Jack 500kN is specifically designed to provide highly precise lifting, lowering and pivoting of loads. These units feature a cubic housing (machined on all sides) made out of high quality nodular cast iron, ensuring excellent durability and long service without any need for maintenance (under normal operating conditions). Available in 14:1 and 56:1 worm gear ratios. Trapezoidal lead screw diameter 120 mm, pitch 14 mm with single start screw threads, custom 28 mm with double start threads. Custom travel lengths with maximum stroke length 9000 mm for tension loads, will be shorter stroke under compression loads. The screw jacks' maximum drive speed of 1500 rpm must not be exceeded. A brake motor is also recommended in applications characterised by shock loads or strong vibrations. Typical applications are lift platforms, work stands, and gates.
