Screw Jack 350kN

Screw Jack 350kN is suitable for low speed, low frequency, large load, and no need of frequent work places. With self-locking function  under certain conditions, the load can be maintained even without braking device. Available in 10:1 and 40:1 worm gear ratios. Trapezoidal lead screw diameter 100 mm, pitch 10 mm with single start screw threads, custom 20 mm with double start threads. Custom travel lengths with maximum stroke length 6000 mm for tension loads, will be shorter stroke under compression loads. The screw jacks' maximum drive speed of 1500 rpm must not be exceeded. A brake motor is also recommended in applications characterised by shock loads or strong vibrations. A wide variety of accessories for our worm gear screw jacks. We have different lengths of spindles, bellows for protection of the spindles, line shaft for connection between worm gear screw jacks to achieve simultaneously operation, as well as different kinds of spindle endings.
