Screw Jack 25kN

Screw Jack 25kN is designed for the adjustment of conveyor lifts or diverters. It has very compact design, available in anodized aluminum housing and nodular cast iron housing. Available in 6:1 and 24:1 worm gear ratios. Trapezoidal lead screw diameter 30 mm, pitch 6 mm with single start screw threads, custom 12 mm with double start threads. Custom travel lengths with maximum stroke length 2000 mm for tension loads, will be shorter stroke under compression loads. All machine screw jacks are available in the basic version and the travelling nut version and can be supplied with either an upright or inverted spindle. Machining the housing on all faces allows various mounting options. Screw jacks are grease filled as standard.
