Screw Jack 200kN

Screw Jack 200kN is designed for canal or dam sluice gates open adjustment. These Screw Jacks are used wherever controlled lifting, lowering and slewing is required. They can be installed singly, in pairs or as part of a multiple jack system. Available in 10:1 and 40:1 worm gear ratios. Trapezoidal lead screw diameter 70 mm, pitch 10 mm with single start screw threads, custom 20 mm with double start threads. Custom travel lengths with maximum stroke length 4500 mm for tension loads, will be shorter stroke under compression loads. The worm screw jack's maximum drive speed of 1500 rpm must not be exceeded. A brake motor is also recommended in applications characterised by shock loads or strong vibrations.
