Screw Jack 150kN

Screw Jack 150kN is designed for the large dish antenna movement top, center or bottom adjustment. Available in 9:1 and 36:1 worm gear ratios. Trapezoidal lead screw diameter 60 mm, pitch 9 mm with single start screw threads, custom 18 mm with double start threads. Please note that higher speeds of travel can be achieved by using spindles with larger thread pitches or multi-start threads. The worm gear screw jack's maximum drive speed of 1500 rpm must not be exceeded. Standard screw jack with right-hand worm screws and right-hand threads screw, custom left-hand threads screw. Custom travel lengths with maximum stroke length 4000 mm for tension loads, will be shorter stroke under compression loads. Compact design screw jacks are recommended for intermittent duty cycle, and Long life synthetic grease lubricated worm gear. A brake motor is also recommended in applications characterised by shock loads or strong vibrations.
