Screw Jack 10kN

Screw Jack 10kN is designed for drive wheel adjustment to change conveyor flow stops. It has a anodized aluminum housing with very compact design and the small square boxes sizes. Available in 5:1 and 20:1 worm gear ratios. Trapezoidal lead screw diameter 20 mm, pitch 4 mm with single start screw threads, custom 8 mm with double start threads.  There are no standard stroke and all miniature worm gear screw jack systems travel lengths are built with customers required. Maximum stroke length 1500 mm for tension loads, will be shorter stroke under compression loads. Can customize the small screw jacks to your specifications. The screw jacks are designed for both pushing and pulling forces, and for position-independent functioning. The cubic housing, standard mounting material and end-pieces, and pre-drilled flange holes permit the ideal installation of motor, gears and shaft encoder. Synchronisation of several worm gear screw jacks is simple with the complete range of accessories.
