Screw Jack 100kN

Screw Jack 100kN is designed for the adjustment of vacuum furnace lid lifters or roll lifts. Available in 9:1 and 36:1 worm gear ratios. Trapezoidal lead screw diameter 55 mm, pitch 9 mm with single start screw threads, custom 18 mm with double start threads. Can customize jacks to your specifications. Standard screw jack with right-hand worm screws and right-hand threads screw, custom left-hand threads screw. Custom travel lengths with maximum stroke length 3500 mm for tension loads, will be shorter stroke under compression loads. As well as the cubic housing form being esthetically pleasing, the modular design of the screw jack is compact and robust. The advantage of the MSJ screw jack design is that by minimising the number of required components, their effectiveness is maximised. Relatively large lifting and moving forces can be absorbed whilst maintaining space-efficiency. A brake motor is also recommended in applications characterised by shock loads or strong vibrations.
