KMF1T - KMF20T
KEMUSEN
For Example, Model: KMF3T/2.5/AS/600/TP/2SR/Z/B
1. KMF1T - KMF20T model bevel gear ball screw jacks are withstand the maximum static load capacity 1 tons to 20 tons, not dynamic load capacity. The dynamic loads depends on stroke, travel speed and working conditions. About the safety dynamic load capacity, please contact us.
Note: All bevel gear ball screw jacks are not self-locking, they offer increased travel speed and require a brake or external locking device to hold position.

2. Gear Ratio
Travel Length per turn of worm shaft = screw lead / ratio.
Custom other gear ratios.
3. Basic Designs
AS: Upright, Translating screw.
BS: Inverted, Translating screw.
CS: Upright, Anti-rotation screw.
DS: Inverted, Anti-rotation screw.
ER: Upright, Rotating screw.
FR: Inverted, Rotating screw.

Note: The CS or DS design with anti-rotation device which is supplied with a square nut at the end of ball screw, inside a square rigid protective tube.
Note: The lifting screw of AS or BS ball screw jacks must be attached to the guided load which prevents the lifting screw from rotating. If your application involves a load which is unattached, unguided or the load is free to rotate and not translate, then CS or DS ball screw jacks are required to prevent lifting screw rotation.
4. Stroke
600: 600mm stroke. Custom Stroke.
Stroke is travel length expressed in millimeter(mm) or inches and not the actual screw length.
Note: long stroke screw jacks with compression loads, please calculate maximum critical buckling force.

5. End Conditions
TP: Top plate.
CE: Clevis end(male clevis).
PE: Plain end.
TE: Threaded end.
BJ: Ball joint.
FE: Fork end(female clevis).
Custom lifting screw ends.
6. Input Shaft Code (Top View)
1S: Single Input Shaft.
2SR: Two Input Shafts, Right Angle.
2SI: Two Input Shafts, Inline.
3S: Three Input Shafts.
4S: Four Input Shafts.

7. Gears Mounting Positions
AU: The input shaft rotates anticlockwise, and lifting screw moves upward.
AD: The input shaft rotates anticlockwise, and lifting screw moves downward.
