How To Choose The Right Electric Linear Actuator

Selection Guide: KMH500/H/1.1/C600/ES/BM

1. KMH10 - KMH1000 Electric Linear Actuators are  Inline drive configurations, maximum thrust 10kgs to 1000kgs.

2. Travel Speed and Motor Power

H is High travel speed.

M is Medium travel speed.

L is Slow travel speed.

1.1 is 1.1kW (the motor power shown in the technical charts).

3. Stroke

C600: 600 mm.

Custom Stroke.

Stroke is travel length expressed in millimeter(mm) or inches and not the actual pushrod length. Where the stroke required exceeds the maximum shown, please contact our technical sales department.

4. Additional Options(Accessories)

Trunnion Mounting Brackets is a standard configuration. No need to mark in the model.

Bellows Boots is a standard configuration. No need to mark in the model.

Safety Limit switches (Internal) is a standard configuration. No need to mark in the model.

Female Clevis (Fork End) is a standard configuration. No need to mark in the model.

Anti-rotation Guide is a standard configuration. No need to mark in the model.

External Limit Switches(ES) are available for selection.

Normal Motor (3-phase 380V AC, 50Hz) is a standard configuration. No need to mark in the model. Note: If normal motor but different voltage, need to mark when inquiry or ordering.

Brake Motor (3-phase 380V AC, 50Hz) (BM) is available for selection. Note: If different voltage, need to mark when inquiry or ordering.

Stainless Steel Push Rod(SS) is available for selection.

Chrome Plated Push Rod(CP) is available for selection.

Cast Iron Hand Wheel(CH) is available for selection.

Electrical Control Box(CB) is available for selection.
