The working principle of electric cylinder actuator is that it integrates a motor and a travelling nut screw jack, converting rotation of the motor shaft into linear motion of the piston rod of the electric linear actuator. 4. Lifting screw is 45# steel. Custom 304 or 316 stainless steel.

5. Input shaft (worm) is 45# steel, heat treatment process. Custom 304 or 316 stainless steel.

6. Internal wormgear is aluminum bronze.

7. Traveling Nut is aluminum bronze.

8. Safety Nut is aluminum bronze.
