Ball Screw Jack 50kN with Precision Ball Screw and Nut 40x10 and 40x20, custom higher lead ballscrews. Worm Gear Ball Screw Jacks use a ball screw and nut made from hardened alloy steel with hardened bearing balls carrying the load between the nut and screw. This rolling action reduces friction between the nut and the screw, permitting smooth and efficient movement of the load. Because of the greater efficiency and rolling action, the ball screw can operate at higher speeds and increased duty cycle when compared with the Machine Screw Jack. Available in 7:1 and 28:1 worm gear ratios. There are no standard stroke and all ball jacks travel lengths are built with customers required, maximum stroke length up to 3000 mm.
