Ball Screw Jack 35 Ton, full name 35-ton worm gear ball screw jack, with high precision ball screws and ball nuts 100x20. It required input torque to approximately one-third the torque required for the 35 ton machine screw jack. Worm gear ratios are 10-2/3:1 and 32:1. Custom stroke for all ball screw jacks, maximum travel length up to 9000mm. Ball screw jacks cannot be keyed for non-rotation the same way that machine screw jacks are keyed. A square nut and tube design solution for keyed ball screw jack. They are NOT self-locking so a brake motor needs to be included in the drive system and hand wheels are not a recommended option. Multi-screw lifting systems with mechanical synchronization are driven by a single motor, which makes them impervious to unequal load distribution and its negative effects on the synchronization of the ball screw jacks.
