Ball Screw Jack 10kN

Ball Screw Jack 10kN with Precision Ball Screw and Nut 20x5 and 20x10, custom higher lead ballscrews. It is high quality engineering products for precise lifting, lowering and pivoting of loads, and are, under normal operation, maintenance free. Available in 5:1 and 20:1 worm gear ratios. There are no standard stroke and all ball jacks travel lengths are built with customers required, maximum stroke length up to 1500 mm. The use of high quality aluminium in the production of the housings guarantees a long life and a high operating margin. All housings have a square gearbox form and are machined on all faces. The ball screw jacks are NOT self-locking so a brake motor or other external locking device needs to be included in the drive system and hand wheels are not a recommended option. The ball screw jacks can be provided with preloaded ball nuts to give reduced axial backlash as a high efficiency alternative to the metric machine screw anti-backlash option.
