Ball Screw Jack 1 Ton, full name 1-ton worm gear ball screw jack, with high precision ball screws and ball nuts 20x5 and 20x10, custom high lead ballscrews. The worm gear ratios are 6:1, 12:1 and 24:1. Custom stroke for all ball screw jacks, maximum travel length up to 1500mm. Ball screw jacks include ball nuts that are about 90% efficient so the jacks require much less energy to lift an equal load than their machine screw jack counterpart. They are NOT self-locking so a brake motor needs to be included in the drive system and hand wheels are not a recommended option.
