700 Kg Linear Electric Actuators

700 Kg Linear Electric Actuators are used to replace hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic actuators. These electrical actuators are not only match the load capacity of hydraulic cylinders and exceed the load capacity of conventional electric linear actuators. Available in 40 mm/s (2.4 m/min), 60 mm/s (3.6 m/min) and 85 mm/s (5.1 m/min) travel speed. 3-phase motors power and pole is 0.75 kW - 6 pole, 0.75 kW - 4 pole and 1.1 kW - 4 pole. Custom stroke length, maximum 1000 mm with push rod diameter 52 mm. When the external force exceeds the rated thrust of the push rod, or fully extended and retracted inner tube position, it will automatically stop through the internal safety switches. These switches prevent the actuator from over extending or over retracting. It also protects the motor. These electrical actuators have self-locking trapezoidal lead screw and nut (non-backdriving), and non-rotating extension rod with anti-rotation guide. Accessories include Brake motor, handwheel, external limit switches (proximity switches or electro-mechanical limit switches), bellows boots and stainless steel clamps, trunnion mounting brackets, electrical control box, encoder, and stainless steel or chrome plated piston rod.

These Inline Linear Electric Actuators are widely used in scissor lifts, scissor platforms, lifting platforms, robotics, continuous paint pumps, opening and closing doors, gates, dampers, continuous operation process lines, lifting, pushing and pulling, and precise positioning.
