Combined the advantages of Linear actuator and Screw Jack to achieve the high load lifting in industry application. Electric Cylinders with self-locking Acme screws diameter 40 mm, pitch 8 mm (self-locking), double lead 16 mm (no self-locking). Electric Cylinders with high precision ballscrews diameter 40 mm, single lead 10 mm, double lead 20 mm. Note: the electric cylinder equipped with double lead acme screws or ball screws require a brake or external locking device to hold position. Available in 6:1 and 24:1 ratios. These electric cylinders are well suited for industrial environments where protection of the lifting screw mechanism is critical and low maintenance is desired. Which is a good solution for hydraulic and pneumatic replacement to reduce cost and pollution. Can be ordered to accept the motor type of your choice, whether AC or DC motors, or gear motors, or servo motors, or stepper motors etc. These Electric Cylinder Actuators offer flexibility in order to accept any type to meet your requirement.
