15000 Kg Electric Linear Actuators with 3-phase AC motors can be used as an alternative to pneumatic actuators and hydraulic cylinders. Available in 21 mm/s (1.26 m/min) and 42 mm/s (2.52 m/min) travel speed. Three phase motor power and pole is 7.5 kW - 8 pole and 15 kW - 4 pole. Custom stroke length, maximum 2000 mm with push rod diameter 105 mm. When the external force exceeds the rated thrust of the push rod, or fully extended and retracted inner tube position, it will automatically stop through the internal safety switches. These switches prevent the actuator from over extending or over retracting. It also protects the motor. These electrical actuators have self-locking trapezoidal lead screw and nut (non-backdriving), and non-rotating extension rod with anti-rotation guide. Accessories include Brake motor, handwheel, external limit switches (proximity switches or electro-mechanical limit switches), bellows boots and stainless steel clamps, trunnion mounting brackets, electrical control box, encoder, and stainless steel or chrome plated piston rod.
