Stainless steel trapezoidal screw diameter 58 mm, pitch 12 mm, single start stainless screw jacks with self locking. Custom double lead 24 mm, double lead stainless screw jacks offer increased travel speed, but weak self-locking. Available in 8:1, 12:1 and 24:1 worm gear ratios. These stainless steel jacks are connected in series by a stainless steel drive shaft and geared couplings. Efficiency values for standard grease lubricated worm gear box and lifting screw. Ideally suited to perform in harsh environments (wet, dusty and dirty). Corrosion resistant models can be used in chemically adverse environments.
