1 Ton Screw Jack with self-locking trapezoidal screw Tr24x4 that is properly selected and maintained will reliably lift, position, support or hold industrial loads for years. The basic components of machine screw jacks are lifting screw, worm and worm gear, housing, and thrust bearing. Operated manually or by means of gear motors, machine screw jacks can be used singly, in tandem or in multiple arrangements. Gear ratios include 6:1, 12:1 and 24:1. Screwjacks come in three basic designs, they are Translating screw, Keyed for Non-Rotation screw, and Keyed for Traveling Nut. They can be specified with a choice of six standard screw end conditions, plain end, top plate, threaded end, male clevis end, female clevis end(fork head), or rod end.
